——————– The advent season arrives at the door. And the cookie baking time, too. But which varieties do we bake this year? My clear answer: Only the varieties that really taste good. And vanilla kipferl (vanilla walnut crescent cookies) for me are the always-to-bake-cookies. This variant applies walnuts instead of almonds. This makes the cookie taste even a little bit more of christmas time. Enjoy the baking and tasting time! Zutaten — Ingredients: ———————————- (0:17) 250 g Butter weich — 200 g butter soft (0:20) 100 g Puderzucker — 100 g powdered sugar (0:28) 1 Ei — 1 egg (0:33) 1 Prise Salz — 1 pinch of salt (0:38) 1 Mark von Vanilleshote — Pulp of vanilla (1:00) 330 g Mehl — 330 g flour (1:13) 150 g Walnüsse gerieben — 150 g grounded walnuts (4:03) 50 g Zucker — 50 g sugar (4:08) 2 Packg. Doris Day Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly lyrics: Deck the halls with boughs of holly Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la ‘Tis the season to be jolly Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Don we now our gay apparel. Fa-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la Troll the ancient Yuletide carol. Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la. See the blazing Yule before us. Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Strike the harp and join the chorus. Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Follow me in merry measure. Fa-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la While I tell of Yuletide treasure. Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Fast away the old year passes. Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Hail the new ye lads and lasses Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la Sing we joyous all together. Fa-la-la, la-la-la, la-la-la Heedless of the wind and weather.
